Max Senges, Chairman of the Internet Rights and Principles Coalition
Max Senges is leading the multi-stakeholder coalition on Internet Rights and Principles (2008-2009) and has actively contributed to the political and academic Internet Governance discourse since the first World Summit on the Information Society in 2003. He holds a Master in Business Information Systems and a PhD in Philosophy. He is an active member of the Global Internet Governance Academic Network. His work focuses on pursuing a humanistic conception of the internet, and implementing solutions using internet technology for education (knowledge systems and e-learning) in particular.
