European Master of Governorship and Administration (MEGA)

The European Master of governorship and administration/Master für europäische Regierung und Verwaltung (MEGA)is a Franco-German initiative.

It is opened to 30 young people in charge French, German, and coming from the Member States and to candidates of the membership of the European Union.

The inscriptions for the cycle 2006-2007 of the MEGA are open until May 31, 2006. The next re-entry will take place on October 2, 2006 in Paris.

The MEGA is a high level diploma delivered jointly by the universities of Postdam and Paris I.

The formation is bilingual. Thus it is mandatory to have a sufficient German and French level to be able to work and negotiate in both languages.

Directed towards the practice, the course is composed of two 3 months modules sets of themes, respectively organized in France (Paris) and in Germany (Berlin), splitted by a 4 months training course (to be carried out in Europe).

Study trips in Strasbourg, Brussels and Florence in addition to the lessons.

Admission requirements

  • to be titular of a university or assimilated diploma, at least on the master level;
  • to be resulting from the public utility German, French, EU or candidate EU/or of organizations and European institutions/or the private sector;
  • to have a professional experience of at least 2 years;
  • to be from 25 to 35 years old;
  • to be able to work in German and French.
